Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using WatchPulse (the "Service") — including the Telegram bot and this website — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
WatchPulse is an automated monitoring service that performs periodic checks on URLs, APIs, cryptocurrency prices, cron job schedules, and keywords, and delivers alert notifications via Telegram. The Service is provided "as is" on a best-effort basis.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using WatchPulse, you confirm you meet this requirement.
4. Account and Access
Your account is tied to your Telegram identity. You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account secure. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Telegram account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Monitor targets you do not own or do not have permission to monitor.
- Perform denial-of-service attacks or overwhelm servers via short check intervals.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service infrastructure.
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Circumvent plan limits or attempt to abuse the free tier.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.
6. Plans and Payments
WatchPulse offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid plans are purchased using cryptocurrency via TheyPaid. All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Plan features (monitor limits, check intervals, retention) are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active paid users of material changes.
Paid plans are time-limited. Upon expiry, monitors are paused and access to paid features is suspended until renewed.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or third-party failures (Telegram API, Redis, database) may cause temporary outages. We are not liable for missed alerts or incidents arising from service downtime.
8. Monitoring Accuracy
WatchPulse performs checks from a single location. Results may not reflect global availability. False positives and false negatives can occur due to transient network conditions, rate limiting by target servers, or third-party API outages (e.g. CoinGecko). Do not rely solely on WatchPulse for mission-critical uptime assurance.
9. Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and code comprising WatchPulse are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
